About Us

Chapel Hill Sand Volleyball is the place to be! Every year we have over 400 players, representing every school in South-Western City Schools as well as Grove City Christian, OLPH, Gahanna, Groveport, HamiltonTownship, HomeSchools, Jonathan Alder, London, Westfall, Delaware and Canal Winchester schools. This is a great way to have fun this summer!

We have two levels of play within our Youth Program to match every player with their skill level. Our Rec league is for those who just want to have fun and our Competitive league is designed for Club players. We also offer a Youth 2v2 Tournament Series and operate an Adult League for players 18 and older.

Youth Recreation League

The Recreation Division is for girls and boys from the 2nd grade to 12th grade. Typically these players either have limited volleyball experience or just want to play for fun while learning the skills required for the game. At this level, every player on a team gets the opportunity to play and only rotates off the court after playing all 6 positions on the court. Typically kids in the recreation level have not played for a middle school, high school or competitive club team.

Youth Club League - Club Players *ONLY*

  • Our Competitive Division is for players who are currently in the 6th thru 12th grade.
  • Our club league operates as 4v4 teams this year with up to 6 people on a team.
  • There will be 2 Divisions - Middle School (Div E) and High School (Div F)
  • There are 54 players per division, so not everyone who signs up is guaranteed a spot.
  • Those who do not make the Club league will automatically be placed on a Rec team (Div C or Div D)
  • Those who play School or Club volleyball or those who took our 2v2 training sessions last season will get priority placement.
  • You can have friend requests or bring your own team.
  • If too many players request one team, we will throw out all requests and form teams as evenly as possible.
  • This league will play using 2v2 rules. 3 teams will be scheduled to a court each game day. All three teams will play a Round Robin with the sitting team having 2 players keep score and officiate.
  • There will be NO COACHES this year, but we will have staff here to run the practices and go over the rules and strategies.
